Our story

It all began four years ago when three UX experts met up and began to put the world to rights.

We had built successful careers in big agencies, large consulting firms and client side. We all loved what we did. But didn’t understand why the agency and consulting worlds were so disparate. Wouldn’t it be better if clients could get the creativity of an agency and the business focus of a consultancy under one roof? 

So after lots of late night discussions, fuelled by copious amounts of coffee and invaluable nuggets of advice from potential clients, Newt was formed. We hit the ground running, with supermarket giant Tesco as our first client.

It was hard work but phenomenally rewarding. We live and breathe Service Design – which probably annoys our other halves at the dinner table. But it’s great for our clients as we’re dedicated to finding the right solutions for every unique need.

In the past four years, we’ve built a loyal client base, and a network of valued partners and associates who share our way of thinking. We have big plans for the future and are always ready to harness the power of good design to make a positive difference to people’s lives.
